My 2005 MV Agusta runs rough only sometimes. Once the engine is thoroughly warmed up it begins to act like its not firing on all cylinders or running rich. It becomes very sluggish. It smells like unburned fuel during this time also. Tried addding injector cleaner thinking its a fuel injector not properly spraying. Didn't seem to work. Thinking maybe O2 sensor?

First may I say Nice bike,I own a gsxr 1100 and love it....But I bet that is knee dragging heaven.Your really need to plug a laptop into the computer on your bike to figure out whats going on.But your on the right track thinking its a o2 sensor. They make programs you can buy to diagnose problems with your bike.I am not sure for that particular bike where you can purchase it but if you Google it you will come up with somthing.Or you can purchase o2 sensor if not to exspensive and start there. The problem with the newer bikes is everything is controlled by the computer and you can really go crazy figuring out whats wrong. This could be a sensor, fuel injector, fuel pump, spark plug or any of the ingition components.Good luck but you may have to bring to dealer. PS Rubber side down and ride safe....BC

I have a cold starting problem with a 1992 dakota. When temperature is below 40 degrees and engine is cold, acts like it's only firing on 1 or 2 cylinders for 20-30 seconds then runs fine.

I think you have a fuel pump pressure issue, the rough run is due to a very lean mixture (low fuel pressure). Try this: cycle the key three times to rum but do not start until the 4th attempt, if it starts and run normally replace the fuel pump.

2009 mv agusta 1078 rr. Why is coolant overflowing?

I hate to say this but if its pushing coolant out of the header tank when running the most likely fault is the head gasket. I assume its not boiling over? Or is it?

After my 1991 ford f250 with a 5.0 engine warms up it acts like the timings off

Could be several things.
If the ignition module on the side of the distributor is failing, it can cause the plugs to fire at the wrong times.
If the distributor cap is faulty it can do the same thing.
If one of the injectors is leaking, it can fill one of the cylinders with fuel when you shut the engine off. It would act like the engine is flooded when you try to start it.

MV Agusta F4 750S (2000 model) stripdown

Can anyone advise where I can obtain a download or purchase a CD for F4 750S (2000 model) stripdown re-assembly and maintenance? The previous owner gave me a CD which contains:- 1. Owners manual. 2. Engine only stripdown and re-build (complete with poor photographs!) 3. Spare parts diagrams and part numbers. The above certainly seems to be taken from official MV sources and appears not to be a scanned in copy of MV documentation i.e. it seems to have been produced as a .pdf for printing off. I am really looking for detail like complete bike stripdown and re-assembly as well as basic maintenance such as chain tensioning brake pad and coolant replacement etc.do a search on the site for MV Agusta F4 750S Manual,,,
