WHAT SHOULD MY TIRE PRESSURE BE

Tire pressure is listed in a tag that is either in the driver's door jam or the driver side rear door jam. It's a sticker that also lists the tire sizes and other information for your vehicle.

Tire pressure is set by the manufacturer based on the wheel/tire size and overall weight of the vehicle. So always follow their recommended pressure, and not the max pressure stamped on the tires.

Tpms light came on what is this

TPMS stands for Tire Pressure Monitoring System. You should check the pressures in your tires and adjust accordingly. If you don't know what they are supposed to be set at open your drivers door and there should be a sticker that has tire sizes and the pressure the front and rear should be set to.

I have bought Chevrolet Aveo hatchback 2004 and I have checked the tire pressure it was 26 for front and 20 for rear tires and I noticed it consumed lot of gas, so my concern is the proper tire pressure...

The sticker inside your drivers door frame (or in your owners manual) should give you the proper pressures. Do not use the pressures indicated on the tires. Tires fit many vehicles of differing sizes and weights ( I would say the pressures are low off hand) let me know - curious

I just want to know what the tire pressure is for the front and rear tires

There is usually a sticker on the bike frame by the side cover that recommends the front and rear tire pressure. Regardless, I have found that running 35 pounds front and rear promotes even as well as longer tire wear. The ride may be harder but you also get less cupping on the tires.

Ideal tire pressure 2005 ford ecape limited

the manufactor puts a sticker on the passengers side rear door with recommended tire pressure.if you want a smoother ride then decrease the rear tires by 2 lbs,so if the front is supposed to be 35 lbs,put 33 lbs in the rear.try to keep the 2 rear tires the same exact and the two front the same to keep the tires from wearing un-even..unless you have a air pressure monitor in the system that lets you know when your tires need air, this way feels better. The reason for the difference from front to back in pressure is because of the weight of the engine.
