If the horn requires more juice you can pick up a relay at most auto or electronic stores, use the horn wires to power the relay and battery power to power the horn.

contrary to popular belief face the horns rearward. Wire the compressor unit with a relay if one is not internally fitted to the horn from the existing horn button.

make sure your connections on the starter relay are clean and tight. also, try changing the fuse anyway. sometimes even when they're not blown the carry too much resistance. if it still doesn't work, try bridgingyour starter relay using a pair of needle nose pliers. if it starts up, that means your relay is bad and needs to be replaced.
