Okay...these are general to Yamaha igniter systems...
so bike is in neutral...shows neutral, kill switch on...
Test each plug cap with a new spark plug...if one or more getting no spark....
Unhook the pickup coil harness and test the resistance (the P U coils located in left front crankcase cover with stator. If resistance tests out fine, ensure the connector is clean and connect.
Now test that both ignition coil packs primary and secondary resistances are within spec.
Verify the ignition coil packs are getting battery voltage to the primary terminal (often a red/white wire).
Ensure the igniter (the ignition black box) also called TCI is getting battery voltage on its supply.
Ensure all connectors clean to TCI.
The only other issue may be the interlocks are trying to shut down ignition....typically a black/white wire from the igniter goes to sidestand relay, tip over switch....both shut down ignition by grounding the control side of the TCI...could be they are partially grounding allowing minimal ignition..

The blower stopped running and hasn't started since. Checked replaced plug and and its not getting any fire What to do?

If you aren't getting any spark then either the coil is bad or the coil is receiving a signal telling it not to fire... in that case, unplug the stop switch and retry.. if it still doesn't fire then the only other thing is to check the coil clearance . Use a business card, stick it between the flywheel magneto.and the coil tips... loosen the bolts on the coil and let the coil stick to the magneto..now tighten back up the bolts, rotate the flywheel as u pull the card out... now try it. If you still have no fire then the verdict is a bad coil..

Sounds like the coil is toast. Check all components and connections for corrosion and cracks, arcing from a split cover will fry coils

Rechk plugs firing order. chk soliniod and coil r ok, rechk fuel is getting into engine- choking usually determines that, u can smell the over choked engine. I f engine turning & choked hold throtel to floor while cranking and leave there until it fires. if no firing happends it must be electrical. rechk electrical connections. Cheers
