Question about 2007 Suzuki GSX-R 750
The F1 light is really Fi, Fuel Injection. The fuel injection sensors have detected a problem in the system. Major problems will not let the bike start. You will need to get the bike to a dealer so they can hook up a code reader. The reader will pin point what the problem is. Once you know the source of the problem you can then decide if you can fix it or if it is time for the dealer to service the bike. Please rate my answer. Thanks!

'FI' actually means 'fault indicator'. You will need to set your bike to dealer mode to be able to read the codes on the dash screen under the speedometer. Reading the codes takes some expertise as you have to remove the seats to hot-wire a plug.
