Remove the spark plug then drain the oil then remove the kick lever then the right side cover. Take a look at the kick mechanism. Remount the kick lever and gently move it downward. What is stopping the movement? The clutch assembly will probably need to come off to get a good view. Find the VIN, not the engine number, and then go to the site below. There you can enter the VIN and the site will decode the number free. That will tell you what size the engine is and what model of quad you have. Next go to the Babbitts site and look up the parts diagram for the kick start. Please rate my answer. Thanks!

Try turning the carb set screw all the way in and back out 1 1/4 turns. If you need more... do it in 1/4 turn increments.

Alini pocket quad wont move

Have a look at the choke lever. From the starting position, move the lever about 10mm up until you hear a slight click. If not then the clutch plates are not responding to the throttle input. Any lawnmower repair garage will be able to help you more. The 2 stroke works on centrifugal clutch, that is the clutch plates move outwards when throttle lever is pulled. It is a bugger to start. I've got blisters on blisters from the pull cord. My son is 10 and he may well be a little big for his but when it goes, it is fast enough to start kids off with motor bikes. Hope it helps.

Try changing the spark plug making sure the gap on the new plug is at recommended specs. If the plug is black when you pull it out mix gas with a little less oil but not much as if it is to lean it can burn up motor make sure gas mixtured isn't to rich if you have to mix the gas and oil together yourself.
