Firstly Check the spark plug, black is too much fuel brown is perfect and white is not enough fuel (too much air running hot) that and ground the plug and turn over the engine to make sure it's not an electric problem..
i suggest that you pull the throttle slowly and gently... and if this dosent work theres a problem with your bike .. you may need to change the engine oil or spark plugs..
Look in the recycler or craigs list and average out what the asking prices are for that model. Bump your price a couple hundred for negotiating and see what happens? Chaz Moto DC
i do believe that its easier to replace the silynoid with the starter out of the machine that is if it isattached to the start other wise no if its like most kawasaki four wheelers you need to disconect the abttery and then trace the main power to the silynoid and disconect it there also and then remove and install new silynoid
it may be flooding out that is why it wont start try to shut the fuel off and try to see if it will try to start if not try taking the spark plug out and putting a little bit a very little bit of gas in the plug hole and then put the plug back in it and try to start it
