108s and 115s are the stock sizes. The 115s are on the outside cylinders

If you want more info just ask. I have done quite a bit of tuning on my X4.

Are you sure about that the 115 should be on the outside cylinders ? The workshop guy told me otherwise , that they should be on the inside while the 108 on the out side , Actually I experienced some sever engine hesitation after 190 km/h ( I've installed a speed limiter cutter that stops the signal sent from the speedometer I got from POSH Japan ).
Anyway , After reversing the jets ,the hesitation stops but no pulling after 200 Km/h , I'm thinking of increasing the jet sizes to overcome this problem .
The problem with the Honda X4 its a very rear bike and almost no info about them .

Use a numbered drill set, measure the jet size using the drill bit set, then select a drill bit two numbered sizes larger and drill out the main jet, that should get you in the ball park. Jeting for 4500 foot elevation on 99 cr 250

The jetting needs to leaner (smaller) in higher elevations.Remove the jets from the carb thru the 17mm drain bolt in the bottom of the bowl using a 6mm socket for the main and a #1 flat screwdriver for the pilot jet and identify the sizes stamped on the jets. Get a selection of smaller jets1- 4 sizes down from what you have. Start with the pilot jet-that controls the idle. Once it idles smoothly with the idle air adjustment screw 1-3 turns out it's good. The main jet should be varified by checking the spark plug- a clean plug with proper jetting should be a nice tan color after 5 min. of running 1/2 to full throttle. If it's white, your'e too lean. If it's black, it's too rich. Remember, 2 strokes will run lean very well right up until they burn down so always check the plug.

I am rebuilding the carbs. each carb has three jets that all interchange with each other. The main jets were #70 but the manual says they should be #13.5. What I need to know is a) what jets go where?...

Both carbs have the same jets and should be the same .Now the main jet will have the biggest hole in it ,the compensator jet will have the medium size hole the other jet will be the idle jet so it will have the smallest hole .Now i havent seen one of these carbs but the main jet should be the one that has a passage that runs directly into venturi and the compensating jet should be in the same body/housing and in the base of this housing is another jet /restrictor where the petrol comes in .The mixture is only adjustable on idle by means of the air screw ,which is normally adjusted to one and a half turns out but dont overtighten it before unscrewing it ,then it can be be adjusted in or out a bit for the best evan idle ,but officially its supposed to be less than 2.0 CO2 but they do get checked on the inspection here in in spain

How to remove idle jet? I need to check the size of my idle jet and if necessary change it as bike stalls when rolling on throttle from idle, adjusted idle speed and idle mix but stalling and carb spit...

The idle jet is located in the bottom of the car. it's the recessed one in the bottom of the body. Remove your air cleaner assembly. remove the four screws. Be careful because it will be full of gas. ( well vented area.) You'll have one jet sticking out. That's your main. right next to it is a recessed jet . That is your idle. you'll have to use a small flathead screw driver to get it out. Make sure you have god pressure on the jet to break it loose. The jet itself is brass, and you don't want to mess it up. You should probably have a 45 jet with your combo. if you've been messing with the mixture screw it should be set around 1 & 1/2 turns out from lightly seated.

What jets should i be using in a crf 250r

experiment with a few differant jet sizes cause there cheap and you'll figure your jetting out faster, so with the pilot i would grab a size 38, 40 and 42 and maybe a 44. the main jet id go with a 172- 175
