Question about 2003 Harley Davidson FLHR Road king
Are you sure it's the starter relay thats buzzing? The starter relay should only come into the picture when you depress the start button on the handlebar. Since I'm not very familiar with the newer models, there may be a relay for something else but I don't think it would be the starter relay. The starter relay is probably located under the seat or behind one of the side panels. Were is the noise coming from. Sure it's not a circuit breaker that looks like a slender metal can with a wire connection on each end.
