Contact me directly and I'll send you some trouble shooting information on your turn signals. Since this forum limits me to a file size of 150Kb, it's far too much to send here. I have it in four JPEG files. Contact me at wd4ity@bellsouth.net and I'll send it to you. Remind me of what you need. Maybe it'll help.

Hi, Jimbenesh nice novella, before diagnosing any turn signal/running light/parking light issue make sure the bulb is good and the light fuse has continuity with a test light. If you have replaced you OEM lights with LED lights you are going to need a load equalizer. If no turn signals work the cause could be a faulty turn signal module or the connector going to it, look for corroded, loose, or broken pins/sockets. Contact spray cleaner is great for removing corrosion. If your speedometer does not function properly it will have to be fixed first because your turn signal module gets the data from the speedometer for normal turn signal function. If your front turn signals don't work use a test light to check for power and ground at the bulb socket, then start backtracking the wiring through every wire connector to the turn signal switch/button and check for continuity, go all the way back to the fuse if necessary to find the cause of the malfunction. If your rear turn signals don't work check your rear fender wiring harness connector first for corroded, broken, loose pins/sockets, power, and a good ground, (the harness connector is usually located under the seat on the front of the rear fender) then keep tracing the wiring look for obvious harness damage caused by the rear tire. If you still can't find the malfunction backtrack from the rear fender wiring harness connector. If one side does not work you could have a faulty turn signal switch or module check for continuity. Turn signals do not work but everything else works even the emergency flashers

I have found a lot of these turn signal switches bad but check fuse 27 if ok This is a tip turn key one and put turn signal switch in the left or right postion, then push and release the 4 way switch at least 10 times if at any time the turn signals start working while the 4 way switch is off the turn signal is bad. What happens is the contacks in the switch pit and buy working the 4 way switch a bunch of times it scraps through the pits. If they do start working change the switch this isn't a fix its just an easy way to pin point a common problem. If that did work here are the complete test.

I have a 2009 model Suzuki Hayabusa. The turn signal fuse which is 10amp keeps blowing. This leaves me with no turn signals, rear tail light, brake light, and no dash functions.Any ideas anyone???

I've got the same problem on my 08 Busa. Both times happened after turning left. The second definitely happened when I turned on the left turn signal. The 4 way flashers worked after I replaced the fuse the first time. Perhaps the left turn signal worked a few times between replacing the fuse the first time the second time it blew. I looked at the left handlebar switch and can't see a problem in it. Next, I'm going to trace some wires.

Turn signal work some times

I have this problem with my 2002 grand am. When my turn signal doesn't work, I turn my flashers on and off really quick and then the turning signal will work. It is caused by a bad connection. Sometimes if I am going to be in heavy traffic, I will press the flashers button several times before I get on the road to hopefully prevent that problem.
