Could be a loose compensator nut. Holding the front brake with the bike in gear, slowly release the clutch lever to see if you can recreate the clunking noise right there. It will be on the front left of the primary cover. If you can hear it ( and you might be able to feel it too ) then that is the route I would go.

replace the relay you hear clicking. if you aren't sure which it is... just put your finger on each one and you will locate it.

i dont have a solution for you but i do have a radio from my 2000 ultra with CB If you want it you can have it I just upgraded to a newer radio and i have no use for the old one, It works fine If you want it drop me an email ill send it to you i would ask you send me shipping cost back on your word. In other words ill send it out and you can send whatever I spent to ship it back to me
