Why does my 2005 Yamaha keep blowing the o2 sensor fuse? just replaced the sensor and that didn't fix. it. Thank you for your time.

Hi, Jack you have a dead short which is usually the easiest to find. Using a test light connected to the hot side of the blown fuse holder, start probing the wire leaving the fuse holder about an inch away the test light should illuminate, keep probing towards the ignition switch until the test light no longer illuminates you are now very close to the short. For more information about your issue and valuable "FREE" downloads that you will need please click on the links below. Good luck and have a nice day.

Fuse for dash board lights and tail lites keeps blowing

You may have a damaged wire leading to one of the lights that keeps blowing.
Not fun, but you have to chase down the wiring to everything that keeps blowing out.

All the lights work except the dash lights. The 5 amp fuses keep blowing and if I put a 15 amp it doesnt blow but no dash lights

DASH HAS A SHORT CIRCUIT.DASH NEED REPLACING BUT CHECK FOR SHORTS IN THE WIRES TO DASH.DONT PUT A LARGER AMP FUSE IN A CIRCUIT TO KEEP FROM BLOWING FUSE BECAUSE IF FUSE DONT BLOW WIRES GET HOT IN THE CIRCUIT THAT HAS A SHORT IN IT AND CAUSE A CAR FIRE.

My tail lights are not working, it keeps blowing my fuse.

1.Unplug your taillights at the sockets and the front running lights from sockets.
2. put in new fuse after unplugging taillights.
3 turn on taillights if fuse blows then the wiring is grounding out somewhere between the switch, fuse panel, and rear and or front parking lights.
4.If fuse does not blow then plug in one socket at a time keep rechecking fuse. when the fuse blows after plugging in a certain socket suspect that one to be bad and replace.
