Check the fuses as I think the horn and turn signals are on the same fuse. The fuses are located either under the seat or the left side cover.

Good Luck

I am unaware of what a "CO" display is.
Now with the blinkers, hazard, horn and brake lights not working that may be the multi funtion switch (blinker switch) that is located inside the column (where the blinker lever attaches).
Obviously the blinker, hazard and horn will all work off of something in the column. Brake lights, you may think a switch on the pedal.

the brake lights do work with that switch but when you have the kind of tail lights where a turn signal light shares the same bulb as a brake light, the brake light is cancelled for the turn signal by running through the multi function switch inside the column.
The third brake light does not blink so its not on that same circuit.

Check the fuses, and then look at the fusible links, most likely on the starter,if they are good, replace the ignition switch.

start by checking the front wiring harness for corrosion , best is to do a continuity test on all the wires, look for corrosion in connecting harness, time consuming but the only way

Blinkers stay on but dont blink and horn does not work

If the blinker stays on it may be a bad bulb, if both sides do it, look at the flasher unit. Try the horn while running it, sometimes they need that extra "charge" to operate. If this doesn't work, look into the switches that operate these, as maybe you have corrosion, seeing how the switches are very close to each other.

It starts and runs perfect but no headlight horn

first... check to make sure you don't have blown fuse.. using an electrical tester also, pierce the wire going into the units(if testing blinkers.. horn.. etc.. make sure you actually turn the blinker or horn on etc) this will tell you if you're getting power to them.. if no power trace wire back to connectors with the tester, checking connections etc... (you can get the electrical tester for about $5, clips onto battery and has small light that turns on when it's getting current to where you pierce the wires)
