The wheels on my roller skates are vibrating and sluggish when I skate, what could cause this?

. It seems as though your line bearings inside the wheel need to be changed. To do this you should: Use an Allen wrench to remove the axle from the front wheel. Pull out the front wheel. Remove the old bearings from either side of the wheel. They should pop right off if you use a bolt or something similar. Place new bearings on either side of the wheel. If necessary, use a flat surface for extra leverage. Place the wheel in the wheel frame. Use the Allen wrench to replace the axle. If your spacer is aluminium, tighten the axle bolts as far as they will go. If your spacer is plastic, tighten the bolts as far as they will go, then loosen them slightly. Spin the wheel to see how easily it rolls. If it doesn't spin freely, loosen the axle. If it wobbles, tighten the axle. Repeat the steps for the remaining wheels.

How to change a wheel on a roller-skate?

To change a wheel on your roller skate please do the following:

Unscrew and remove the axle bolts from the front wheel with an Allen wrench. Pull the front wheel out of the wheel frame. Remove the bearings and spacer from the wheel. All components should slip out together. Place the spacer and bearings into the new wheel. Place the new wheel on the wheel frame. Replace the axle and tighten it using the Allen wrench. If your spacer is aluminum, tighten the axle as far as it will go. If your spacer is plastic, tighten the axle almost as far as it will go, then loosen it slightly. Spin the wheel to see how easily it rolls. If it doesn't spin freely, loosen the axle. If the wheel wobbles, tighten the axle. Repeat the previous steps for the remaining wheels.

look on the inside of the wheel there should be bolt and nut going thru the wheel and axle you'll need a long Allen wrench and nut driver to remove and the wheel pulls off

How to remove front sliders on a1994 harley davdison custom softail

You have to remove the front wheel, front brakes, front fender, and loosen the clamp bolt on the lower triple tree. Take the large nut off the top of the fork tube and slide the entire assembly out. Turn it upside down and let the oil drain out and take the spring out. Look on the bottom of the slider where the axle goes and you'll see a socket head bolt. It takes an 8mm allen wrench. I usually use a special allen wrench socket and an air wrench to get the bolt out. It is designed to use a "piloted hex key" but you can get it out if you use a NEW allen wrench. It is very shallow and will round out if you're not careful. Once the bolt is out, the slider comes right off the fork tube.

Good Luck

How to remove the front wheel on the 90 model zxr 750.

To do this safely and securely you will need to obtain a front paddock stand which supports your front wheel, you will then need a "24mm hex drive socket" to loosen the wheel, pull the spindle out and wheel shoul slide out easily.

Putting new brakes on my 1999 Dodge Ram1500

You will also need 5" clamp, screw type to compress calipers, be careful to slightly loosen the bleed screw while doing so or ABS system could be adversly affected. Allen wrench should be a 5/16 but the sell just a single wrench to do the job if it a bigger size. You will also need to figure out how to remove the allen head bolt, I use box end wrench on the allen wrench to torque long end down.
