Oil blows out of crankcase tube thats hooked to carb.

This tube is the crankcase vent tube and two possible things here #1 the engine is worn out and has a lot of compression gasses going past the piston rings into the crankcase.
#2 the engine oil in the crankcase is too full

I justgot a 95 kawasaki 500. i just cleaned the carbs and put in a fuel filter. i put bike back together. there is a black tube running out the back of the bike starting from after the carberatuor an

Its probably the crankcase vent. The carbs have more than likely been pouring gas inside the motor,to the point of overfilling the crankcase oil with gasoline. Drain the oil and change the filter. And while youre draing it,..look inside the carb bodies, and see if gas is still running into the cylinders. If it is,then your float height is not set correctly..(too high)...or the needle valves need to be replaced. (valve that hooks onto the floats).

2006 Hawkeye sputters at full throtle. Take air boot and air cleaner off runs fine. put just air boot on it starts to sputter at full throtle. Not even the air cleaner just tube from carb to air clean

that might be the overflow tube and should not be hooked to anything, it's like a emergency drain for the carb and when you hooked it to the filter is pulling gas out of the carb at high motor speeds causing it to sputter .. jay

I took my toro 6.5 lawnmower carb apart and cleaned, now fuel spurts out of red tube into the air cleaner. Why is this happening?

Sounds like you assembled something wrong when reinstalling the carb. Or your missing a step or two.

There are two lines in a32cc craftsman weedwacker gas tank where does the smal line hook to the carb

It's probably a primer hose line. Locate the primer and there should be a tube (probably brass) sticking out of the carb adjacent to it.

81 650 gs whrer do the fuel lines go from tank to carbs

if this is the model i am thinking of it is a twin and has two carbs...one fuel line down to a "cross-over-pipe" ( one fuel line hooks to a "T" type splitter) that then sends fuel to both carbs. it sits in center of the two carbs.....What ypu will have that looks like fuels lines but one is a breather tube, the other is a vacuum line..
so only one fuel line down to carbs....thats if i remember the models correctly.

Craftsman weedwacker keeps dying

If the weedwacker runs OK on 1/2 choke or even better on full choke then most likely the cause is the carb gaskets are stiff and can no longer pump the fuel. Of course make sure the fuel lines are are the right ports (return and supply). While you have the carb apart clean all of the passages with carb cleaner.
