Sounds like the carbs were not properly cleaned or set up. Choke should cause the cold start rpms to be higher than what you are experiencing. Application of choke to a warmed up engine will usually cause the engine to stall.

My battery on my 94 Honda cbr 600 f2 wont hold a charge I jump it and it will run for a short while then die

With a voltmeter check to see if terminals show several volts higher than battery specs when bike is running. If so then replace battery. If not have charging system checked out.

Engine cuts out when you turn the handlebar to the right

Check your choke cable isnt stuck. Mainly when the choke cable is stuck somewhere inside, when you turn the handle it cuts off.
