On most of these mowers the oil drain plug is on the bottom of the motor, under the deck. Remove the spark plug wire just to make sure the motor doesn't fire if you have to turn the blade to get access to the plug. Turn the mower on its side with the carburator down so you don't fill the crank case with gas. You may have to scrape or power wash some of the grass/dirt buildup on the bottom of the motor to find the plug. Remove the drain plug and let the mower down so the oil can drain it. When it stops draining, replace the plug, refill the crank case with oil to the full mark on your dipstick, replace the spark plug wire and you're done.
