Look at this diagram.....
item 33040 is the adjuster....there is one on the end of both swing arms...where the axle goes through the swing arm and the wheel.

Typical procedure on chains...loosen axle nut, loosen adjuster locknut, then turn adjusters both sides equally to move the axle and wheel to get proper chain tension, tighten adjuster locknuts, tighten axle nut.

Husqvarna 50 chain keeps coming off

Are you adjusting the chain tension correctly?? Make sure the bar in installed correctly with the tension adjustment pin in the appropriate hole. Elevate the tip of the guide bar while adjusting the chain adjustment screw until the chain is snug but not tight. Then tighten the bar bolts without lowering the tip of the bar. Also ensure the drive links are engaging the sprocket correctly.

If the chain is adjusted correctly and the problem still exists, remove the sprocket side cover, bar and chain and inspect the sprocket for extreme wear. Once the sprocket is worn excessively it won't want to engage the drive links of the chain correctly which could be the source of the problem. If so, replace both the sprocket and the chain because the excess wear of the sprocket could have damaged the drive links of the chain and putting an old worn chain back on with a new sprocket will cause the new sprocket to begin wearing prematurely.

Lost the chain connection lug and need a part number to order one

You MIGHT be able to find one in a bicycle shop. Also some industrial hardware stores like Grainger that stock power transmission products of chains and sprockets might be an alternate source.

Alternator not charging battery on getting 11.5

I had the same problem with my 900 that I just bought, the regulator was fried, so the local kaw shop replaced it with a new one off internet, then it promptly fried the new one, upon further investigation the rotor/armature was reading 1 ohm resistance, supposed toread 4/7 i think anyway, had to have alternater rebuilt , cost 370.00 , works fine now.
