SOURCE: fuse box

Looking at the bike from the front, it is located under the side cover, on the right hand side, you we need remove saddle bag. Once removed the fuse box is located under the plastic cover.

SOURCE: adjust clutch cable

If you have a stock cable you need a 9/16 and a 1/2 in. wrench. about 1/2 way downn the cable there is a rubber boot. pull the rubber boot over the adjustment. Loosen the liock nut and adjust the cable so you have aprox 1/8 to 1/16 in. slack in the handle. Re tighten the lock nut and pull the rubber back over the adjustment.

2003 harley davidson electra glide classic cut,s off when playing cd and cool,s down and stsrt up againn

I presume you mean the radio/cd cuts out and not the engine. I also presume you are not letting the bike idle away as you listen to music! If you are, then the bike is over heating and piston seizure is the causing it to stop. Now, if it is just the radio/cd unit cutting out, the radio/cd unit has developed a thermal fault that requires specialist attention. Nothing you can do.

2002 Electra Glide , put battery back into bike and now have a humming in speakers. The radio just hums louder when turned on but no music , any ideas ?

That sounds like you have an earth loop. Make sure the radio is earthed at only one point. A common problem with separate amplifiers as well.
Hope that helps.

2002 Electra Glide would not re-start after driving short distance - recharged battery, removed seat, relay was buzzing - replaced relay - bike still won't start - relay still buzzing... How do I check the...

Take the battery to an automotive parts store and have it load tested. I've seen this before many times. Don't rule out the battery as usually, that's the culprit. Seems they develop an intermittent short circuit inside. We had one bike that would do that about once a month. Checked the battery every time and never found it. Finally, the owner got tired of messing with it and told us to put a new battery in the bike. Problem never happened again. We figured that was the problem but whenever he brought it in, we couldn't prove it to him. We had to wait for him to get enough of fighting the problem.

Good Luck
Steve
