Bob, I had the same issue with my right turn signal. It would go off if I held it for a while. The only thing I did to solve the problem, and not sure it was it or not. But, just below the control switch, there is a vent hole. I cleaned it and the issue stopped. I am guessing it was clogged with dirt and moister could not get out. Give it a try.

Would fuse cause rear brake lamp and turn signial to stop working ? change bulb did not help

I doubt it. Usually you have one fuse for all 4 turn signals.
You might try the emergency flashers and see if they work that way.
The problem could be in the lamp socket or the turn signal switch.

first just because a bulb looks good doesnt mean it is couple of peices of wire and a battery is all you need to test the bulbs secound thing the turn signal cancel works on the amount of flashes regardless of which side is on note:any bulb thats bad none on that side will work

Speedo, turn signals, brake lights, horn stopped working. All else is fine.

Gap your plugs to 38 thou. Check all your bulbs (one burned out will affect the rest) Take a look at all your fuses and make sure they are all ok. Otherwise you are probably looking at a wiring short which will require trouble shooting of the elctrical system. Buy your self a service manual for your bike, this will help you a lot.
