I have just bought a mitsubihi express vann 2000 model.it hasnt been started for two years.i have replaced the battery and battery in imobilizer wont start turns over feels like no spark

Test for spark at plugs (use a timing light if available). If no spark, have ignition module tested (most parts stores do this free) and test coil(s) with ohmmeter. Nothing? Next test crank/cam sensors.

If it turns, then the battery is OK. Either spark plugs are not firing in proper order (wrong firing order), no power to spark plugs, or no fuel because of fuel restrictions (dirty fuel filter). Inspect the air filter to ascertain its not clogged air. If you smell gas, then you saturated the spark plugs, which is why it refuses to run.
Let it sit for half hour to let spark plugs dry. Inspect to ascertain its not dirty spark plugs, which will also prevent engine from running. After ascertaining its proper firing order, spark plugs are clean, and there's power to distributor cap, ascertain there's fuel in fuel lines by squirting half second (short squirt) of starting fluid into air filter. Close the air filter housing to trap flammable starting fluid gas. Turn engine without giving throttle. Let starting fluid be ignited by spark plugs. If it won't start, then spark plugs are not firing to ignite starting fluid gas. If it starts briefly, but won't run when you give throttle, but catches when a 2nd person squirts more starting fluid into air filter just before engine stalls, then its a fuel restriction issue or no fuel in fuel lines.

FZ6 FUEL FILTER

Hi, Anonymous and the usual suspects are:
1. Fuel tank empty.
2. The fuel tank has old dead gas.
3. Fuel tank bottom contaminated with ethanol sludge, dirt, water, rust, etc.
4. Fuel supply valve/petcock turned off.
5. Fouled spark plugs.
6. Engine flooded as a result of overuse of the enrichner.
7. Vacuum hose to the fuel supply valve/petcock disconnected, broken, cracked, or pinched.
8. Fuel valve/petcock or filter clogged.
9. Fuel line to carburetor or throttle body pinched, kinked or blocked.
10. Carburetor float stuck.
11. Fuel injectors clogged.
12. Severely discharged or damaged battery, you need 12.5 volts or better and be able to pass a load test if necessary.
13. Check battery terminals for damage or corrosion, check the battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter if necessary.
14. Loose or corroded wire connection at the coil or plug between ignition sensor and ECM module.
15. Spark plug cables in bad condition and shorting check for spark leakage in the dark, cable connections loose, or connected to the wrong cylinders.
16. Ignition timing incorrect due to a faulty ignition coil, ignition module or MAP, CMP, CKP, O2, TPS, ETP, IAC sensors.
17. Faulty neutral, clutch lever, or kickstand safety switch.
18. Faulty fuel pump or fuse or relay.
19. A stuck bent or burnt valve.
20. Tilt sensor needs a reset.
21. Security system not disarming alarm needs a reset.
22. Check for engine trouble codes.

Have you check the Engine Control Unit? Fuel injection systems are generally electronic and are controlled by a small computer. If it fails it would stop the engine running. The fact that the bike starts with externally supplied fuel would point towards an ECU problem.

05 cts when iturn the key the engine does not stat just a click 2 or 3 times the it starts and it does not sound healthy( im from winnipeg minus 25 don't plug car in) when it warms up it does strt fine...

If it's the original battery, it's 12 years old and way beyond it's useful life. If replaced once, the second battery is probably near the end of its life, five to six years

If you're near a Wal-Mart super store, get a new battery installed if the other is old, five to six years They have good prices and top rated batteries by CR. While you're there and if it's -25 (C or F since the scales are concurrent about that point) go to snack shop and warm up with a nice hot cocoa or hot cup of coffee. Sometimes its free in the customer lounge.

Good Luck

05 focus hard to start on cold mornings

Check the battery connections for "crud" and clean them if necessary. Also, if you're still running the original battery, it's likely time for a replacement. Three years is normal for an OE battery, four is great, five is fantastic, and you're at nearly six years . . .

When you replaced the spark plug, did the plug show a snappy, blue spark when the engine was pulled through smartly? If it did, check for a plugged fuel filter, air cleaner, and muffler. Check the fuel lines for condition. Make sure the carburetor fasteners are tight. Does the primer pull fuel into it? Is the fuel mix fresh? If still nothing, try spraying some starting fluid into the cylinder through the plug hole and pull through. If pops several times, the carburetor may need to be disassembled, cleaned and adjusted. Hope this helps!
