I would suspect a chafed wire caused by vibration.

Why does my Simplicity Citation keep blowing the PTO Clutch 20A Fuse?

If a fuse keeps blowing it means there is an intermittent short in the wiring or a faulty PTO clutch. Either way you need to fix it, not just keep replacing the fuse. Take it to an authorised repairer and tell them what is happening.

Toro zero turn mower with Kawasaki 691v 24.0 horse motor starts cutting out and smoking after running for about 20 minutes.

Check the oil to make sure you don't have gas getting in your oil. If that's not a problem then you may have a leaking head gasket.

Check the breather in the filler cap. slaken it off when it starts to die, if it picks up again replace the cap.

This may or may not have anything to do with it however I have the same engine on my Cub Cadet Enforcer and what I found to be the problem was a wire to the saftey switch under the seat had broken. This made it sound like an engine problem by making and breaking contact as I was mowing. My first thought was a fuel filter stopped up as it was sounding like it wasn't getting fuel because it was OK when I was stopped and the engine wasn't loaded.

sounds like your electric clutch is prob bad check to make sure wires are not bare touching something, the clutches do go bad eventually like any other electrical part, disc the pigtail and try fuse, if it blows then I would consider a clutch

Try this:
With the engine turned OFF, unplug the wire connector at the PTO clutch, and use an alternate 12 volt DC power source and some alligator clips to manually power-up the clutch. If a firm, crispy "Click" is heard each time you "power-on / power-off" the clutch, then safety switches on the tractor are the most likely suspects.

If no firm, crispy "Click" is heard, your PTO clutch needs to be replaced.
On the right-hand side of THIS page, type in (without spaces) RZT50 and you will be given a list to choose your EXACT machine & part number.

Special Note:
If your part number description says to refer to "Service Advisory ...(blah blah)" then you will need to call a servicing dealership for the proper replacement part number.
Hope this helps.
