Start with exactly the same settings as the left side carb, count the turns in till the air screw bottoms then wind it back out to the same position, then do the same with the right carb, check the jets and needle setting is the same.
check the lift that the idle screw is opening the slide by putting a small drill bit shank under the slide the exact size of the opening, then put the same drill bit shank under the other slide and adjust the idle screw to the same opening. I think it has duel cables so make sure the free play in the cables is the same.
If you pull a spark plug lead off, put a spare plug in it and ground it to the head, the bike should run on one cylnder for fine tuning, then tune the other side.
two vacumn gauges if available can help setting the idle ( called carb syncronizing)

Treadmill keeps stoping

Precor Error 27, Too Much Drive Motor Current Probable Cause 1. The running belt and/or deck are badly worn.
2. Drive motor is shorted or de-magnetized causing a high power demand.
Corrective Action
  1. Check the amp draw using a clamp on AC volt-amp meter during loaded and no load conditions and compare values to a similar treadmill that is known to have a good running belt and deck. Replace the belt and/or deck if necessary. Don't forget, some units have a double sided deck which means it may be flipped over rather than replaced if it has an unused side.
  2. Test unit with a known good drive motor. Replace drive motor if necessary.

I have a pontiac 389 with an edelbrok performer manifold and 750 edelbrok carb. wondering if this is a good set up and how can I fine tune it. it boggs down when I go wide open on the throttle, it feels...

I would recommend replacing the carb with a double pump holley performer series, I have had bad luck with the edelbrock performance, and their is always a lag when the secondaries open due to no accelerator pump on the secondaries.

I want to replace my timing belt and tune up i bougth a second hand galant 1990 model. is it proper for me to replace the timing belt and tune up the car and i want it change oil, how many liters of oil is...

It takes 4.7 quarts. No need to change the timing belt unless you want to. How many miles are on it would be a good indicator of whether or not to change that belt. Doing a tune up on the car is good practice.

Getting gas in breather box/leaks out after shutdown.

I had the same issue, cleaned the gas tank, carbs removed, cleaned and tuned. It helped but still has a rough idle when cold, likely due to a tired float. Best to try cleaning everything first, I had to use a carb guy to get the carbs tuned right for $100 and he remarked on the float not fully functional but I got away with it for a couple seasons. Winterization is essential to keep gas from causing this problem again. Damn ethanol

Cold starting problems 1981 yamaha maxim 400

could be a few things going on . have you checked the vacuum lines? could have one plugged or collapsed? Could be a carb problem? have you installed a carb kit yet ? or you could try a hotter spark plug.
