Please give me the correct tappet clearance of intake and exhaust valve of mitsubishi 4g54 with turbocharger

My initial sweep of the web gives Inlet 0.010 thou, Exhaust 0.008 thou.
You would need to check this because industry norm is to have the greater clearance on the exhaust valve because of the increased heat expansion.

I have a 2010 MTD Yard machine 21 inch snow thrower {123cc} and it broke a valve tappet bolt.I need to no were to set the intake and egzaust valves clearance. Thanks!

I can give you Briggs and Stratton figures for valve clearances of an engine this size. You may have to experiment a little till it runs right. ...you can adjust the intake valve (when it is closed) while the exhaust is open and adjust the exhaust valve (when it is closed) while the intake is open if you can tell...or ya can adjust them when the piston is at TDC on compression stroke (both valves closed). Intake: .004"-.006" Exhaust .004"-.006" (Vertical crankshaft)....for horizontal crank .004"-.006" Intake.....Exhaust is .006"-.011" Hope this helps . Here is a briggs engine specs chart..can';t find the Chinese engine listed anywhere http://www.briggsandstratton.com/engines/support/frequently-asked-questions/~/media/71BB9DA0BD4D4C19A0DA611923A0B80A.ashx

I have a 06 yfz 450 that is very hard to start how do you adjust the valves

You need to remove the valve cover and rotate the crank shaft to TDC then with a feeler gauge you check the clearance between the cam lobe and lifter bucket. There are 3 on intake cam and 2 on the exhaust. The clearance will most likely tighten as the valve seats and valve wear in. If the valve clearance gets too tight they will hang open and not seal for proper combustion. Valve clearance for my 2002 YZ426 are intake=0.10-0.15 mm (0.0039-0.0059 in) exhaust=0.20-0.25 mm (0.0079-0.0098 in) the 450 should be the same or very close

Valve clearances

On the intake 0.0008 or 0.0020 (it's in between these 2)

this is for the stem to guide clearance. (for the intake)

The Exhaust 0.0018 to 0.0030 stem to guide clearance.
