Can someone please decode the color-coded scheme used for exercise bands?

Although most manufacturers follow the standard color coding system, it is important to note that not all companies do. The five most common colors of exercise bands, in order from lightest to heaviest, are yellow, green, red, blue and black. Some manufacturers add other colors such as tan, purple or grey.

Splice Bose speaker to connect to receiver

Each speaker has two 4 Ohm drivers. Each speaker has a connector with 4 pins. From left to right they are + - - +. Say 1 2 3 4 . If you want a 8 Ohm speaker connect 2 and 4 together. Now 1 goes to your amplifier (+) and 3 to your amplifier (-). In yor case join black with blue. Now red goes to the amplifier red and green to the amplifier black.

Not sure what the wires colours are

We dont either. You need to post what you are trying to connect. Amplifier? Sub? Speakers? Head Unit im sure. But you need to look for the radios wiring diagram.. Today's radios are generally basic with the color scheme. Black is ground. Red is switched power. Yellow is constant power. Orange if for dash illumination... Speakers are usually 4 colors. 2 wires a speaker. For instance Front Left would be White/Black-Stripe. White being the positive and black strip being the negative. Usually the four main colors for the speakers are White......Gray.......Purple..... Green... with the striped wires going to the negative on each speaker. Blue wires are usually for power antennaes or also used to send trigger signal to the amps to turn on and off.

My iphone suddenly changed colors. The pictures all look like b/w negatives. The icons are really weird colors. Help. Thank you.

Hello Michel,
In the iphone 3GS there is hidden feature called the "White on Black". It completely inverts the color scheme of your iPhone. The background on the home screen will be white, and the text will be black. All of your native apps will have an inverted color scheme. to disable this feature, Go to Settings then General then Accessibility then Turn of White on Black.wirelessage.jpg

Trying to hook up the dvd player to the tv and I figured out how to get the color back on but the sound is terrible it sounds like its echoing. Can't figure out the blue green red combination for white red...

Your TV probably has several different ways of connecting video. One is component, which uses three cables. They are red, green, and blue (RGB). The video output on your DVD player will match this color scheme.

Another scheme for video is composite (because it combines the red, green, and blue into one cable). Composite video is usually a yellow "socket". It is simpler to connect, but the video quality is noticeably poorer than component (RGB).

Another scheme is S-Video. This is one cable (round and black), but you will see four pins inside the connector (and four holes in the "socket"). This accounts for the three cables in the component scheme with the convenience of having only one cable. The picture quality is almost as good as component as well.

In your case, there may be confusion between composite and component. If you have red, green, and blue sockets on both the DVD and TV, then make sure you use them and connect them color for color.

Now for the sound, this is simpler. Red is the right channel, and white is the left. Make sure you connect red to red and white to white. Then, viola, everything will be right.

I hope this helps.
