Question about Honda CG 150 Titan KS Motorcycles
On the vacuum style Keihin carburetors one cable opens the throttle and the second cable drops the carburetor back to an idle. If you do not have the second cable attached your engine will stay revved up and drop back to an idle very slowly. It is hard to shift and to basically drive the bike in a safe manner when the engine stays at a high rev every time you twist or back off on the throttle.
