I'm not familiar with the later model bikes. My expertise is in the earlier models but if your Street Glide has the large ignition switch that is in the steering head, do not remove it. You can get it out but you can't get it back in without a special tool to align the different parts. Take that one to the shop.

Good Luck

I went out after very cold winter, wont turn over multi flashing lights in dash, including right and left arrows, I bought new battery because it was fur years old and still not fixing problem

Hi Shawn, gazing into my crystall ball the Harley Gods are telling me that if you have a security alarm with FOB you need to do a reset or alarm overide. So I will post those websites first. If you don't have a security alarm I will give you a checklist and it's corresponding website:
Harley Davidson Security Alarm Setting PIN Override The Garage Harley...
And the usual suspects are:
1.Ignition/Light Key Switch not in IGNITION position.
2.Engine Stop switch in the OFF position.
3.Discharged battery, loose or corroded connections (solenoid chatters).
4. Bank Angle Sensor tripped and Ignition/Light Key Switch not cycled to Off and then back to Ignition
5. Starter control circuit, relay or solenoid faulty.
6. Electric starter shaft pinion gear not engaging or over-running clutch slipping.

Do I need to remove the rear wheel to replace the brakes pads on my 06 harley streetglide?

No, just take the caliper off. It has a couple of bolts that hold the caliper into the caliper bracket. Make sure you compress the pistons or you won't be able to get the caliper back on with the new thicker pads.

Good Luck
