My front left blinker casing is broke. water got in there and burnt my bulb so i was without a front left blinker for a few days.. but every other one was still working. then i pulled the burnt bulb out so i could eventually replace it, and after pulling the bulb out none of my blinkers will work. no dash light blinkers. no nothing. and all my fuses are perfect. what could it be?

There should two separate bulbs for marker and blinker. It sounds like a bulb is burnt out, bad ground, melted socket or a wiring anomaly. Are you certain it's supposed to have 57 series dual element bulbs for blinker and markers?
Hi The blinker needs rewiring some how the existing cable must have been crushed or damaged either when your headlight broke or damaged it may be as simple as the earth wire on the headlight is also the same earth wire for you left front blinker. Please leave me feed back: Malcolm Campbell, Thanks.
Usually a fast turn signal means that there is a light out. You should probably check all of your lights, including back-up lights, and turn signals. If there is one out then replacing the burnt out bulb should fix the problem.
bad ground ..trace from bulb area back to fuse block with flashers...wire is shorting to ground or ground is loose.. good luck... also... my 05 ram had wrong sized gaskets around bulbs in back causing bulbs to not last til i discovered it not sealing out the elements and replaced
