Hi, I would check the flasher unit as well as fuses 3 and 16. The flasher may be in the fuse box. If not, check under the dash.

There should two separate bulbs for marker and blinker. It sounds like a bulb is burnt out, bad ground, melted socket or a wiring anomaly. Are you certain it's supposed to have 57 series dual element bulbs for blinker and markers?

Left front blinker works fast, the rear not at all. Left rear brake light doesn't work, but the right one does

Fast blinkers are a result of a blown bulb. Based on your description the left rear bulb is burnt out.

My left blinker just started blinking really fast a few days ago. what causes this

You have a bulb out on the side that flashes too fast, either front or rear check them both.

Fast Blinker

Usually a fast turn signal means that there is a light out. You should probably check all of your lights, including back-up lights, and turn signals. If there is one out then replacing the burnt out bulb should fix the problem.
