Battery went dead because the rear windshield wiper didn't go off during the night, as soon as you put a new battery, the wiper start to working and won't stop. probably the switch out of order, A/C doesn't work, check the fuse.

Really sounds like a battery connection. Try this,turn the headlights on, then try to start it,if they get dim,its a low battery,if they go OUT it's just a poor connection,most times it's just battery cables.
Either the wiper arms are loose or stripped on the pivots or the wiper linkage is broken. Try tightening the arm to pivot bolt. If that doesn't work, remove the plastic cowling and examine the linkage. You can buy new linkage for it.
The alarm and the central locking are all part of the remote keying system. You will not fix it with changing fuses because it is likely the ECU needs to be be reset. Unfortunately, it will require a visit to an authorised workshop to do this
