If they are black when you pull them out with oil on you them probably need new rings or its possible that the engine is running rich and fouling the plugs and needs carbs adjusted.
Hello ddsaul2...If it's only been a day since the shop adjusted the carbs. you need to return it to them and make them do it right. Sounds like a float valve is stuck and not closeing.They may have cracked a seat... There could be a pin hole in one of the floats causeing it to fill up with gas and sink. You can check and make sure all the vacuum lines are connected and possibly GENTLY tap on the carb fuel bowls to see if the float might be stuck alll the way down. Personally...if i paid for a carb tune i'd make them fix it. Surely they gurantee their work. Good luck...i hope this helps
