Indicators could you please offer some advice with the on going problem with the intermitant fault with both indicators on my mercedes 190e year{1987}the hazard lights work but both indicators work intermitantly. many thanks.....

2 forward brackets unclip and fold away and then door pivots up to show fuses. The screwed doen cover has 4 screws to come off uncovering the relays behind the fuses.

In the trunk on the left side is access to the sunroof motor where you can manually close the roof.

I believe it is a 17mm nut. Also I think that the tire lug nut removal tool will fit.

check to see if you have power at the hazard light switch, it could just be unplugged, if u can get another good switch swap them over, i know its a power prob to that haz switch.

There could be 4, 5, or 6 pulleys on the 190E 2.6. Here they are.

hello,be sure your starter motor is working,fly wheel gear(for starter bendix drive)should also check,valve clearance also,try to rotate your engine with socket 27mm,(manually) maybe your piston is stuck-up,ty

Remove the metal part of the ashtray, you will see two screws that hold the ashtray plastic part on, underthis is the screws for the lower panel
You can now carefully lift the whole panel away.

check the flasher can under the dash that may of faild do you have hazard/brake down lights?
if no you need a new flasher can if if you do still have hazard lights you may need a new indicator stalk
