I have a 2007 electric glide classic I turned the key on light's came on gas pump ingaged hit the starter and guess blew a fuse all fuses in fuses box are good what other fuses would be responsible

The main fuse is probably to blame. This can be in the primary junction box underneath the seat. Also, make sure all the fuses in the fairing, saddlebags, and Tour Pack are working. Also, check all of the wire harnesses and the connections to the batteries twice. The starter motor assembly and potentially the starter relay would be the next thing to investigate if all of those parts are in good working order and the main fuse is functioning properly.

Replace battery on my dyna super glide but it won't even act like it is going to start. Everything lights up horn honks but nothing when I hit the starter. Doe it have something to do with the security...

Bypass the starter switch with heavy wire. Go from positive battery terminal to starter post to see if starter is OK, if it is check wiring. Make sure key in ON position to test, bike in Neutral. You'll know right away if starter is OK. More than likely it is the starter switch button on the handlebar. I don't know anything about the security systems, but lets' hope it is not that.
