Try...
Power on,
Press both CH/UP key and REC/OTR key for more than 2 seconds,
OK will appear in the display panel.

or try
Press CH DOWN key on VCR while pressing the 7 key on remote and hold for more than 5 seconds.
The display should then show OK.

but First disable the child lock by pressing the "lock" button on the remote,
and only then press "Ch-" and "7".

This model of the airconditioner comes with a remote unit and a panel on the main aircon. Please clarify which unit is not working.

Ch is usually followed by another error code if there is a problem with the unit. If you have no other errors this is a reminder to clean the filter that will appear every 366 hours of use. Clean the filter and reset the code by pressing the UP and DOWN temp arrows at the same time until the diplay changes.

pls use panel menu key prees and select tuing menu and see display in ASM [auto serch memory] select ASM befor ch.no set is "0" and select ASM .
use panel ch+ ch- is up and down select key is v+ and menu key is menu next page

CH46 indicates that the suction pipe sensor is missing or faulty.

have the batteries died have you got the programmer set back to timer control or is it still in the set mode
