I let my phone battery die yesterday and now when i try to charge it it says that the charger is attached; but when i try to charge it and turn it on it only goes to the main motorola screen with the company's M on it and then goes blank to a back light screen with no indication that the phone is even charging. I have taken the battery out and let it sit broken down and apart for a 30 minute period and have been charging the phone for the last 20 Minutes i just hit the power button and it says that its powering on, the M screen and then back to a blank white screen. My phone is just over 7 months old what is going on do i need a new battery?

Yes of course, you need a new battery.
when you get this battery, also buy a universal charger.
do not insert the battery into the phone until you charge it for 3 hours with the universal charger.

This isdue might caused by a faulty battery or charger.

Try using another charger and see if problem exist. If not, try replacing your phone's battery.

My phone completely turned off. The battery died. However, I can't talk on the phone while it is charging. The light is orange. I had other phones where the battery died and I can still talk on it...

Some phones won't work until the phone's battery has a minimum amount of charge before you can use it with a charger connected. This often due to the fact that the charger doesn't provide enough power to operate the phone by itself. It can only provide the trickle amount of power to slowly charge the battery. Let the charger stay connected long enough for a 15 - 15% charge on the battery and then try again.

My battery dies yesterday, when I try to cherge it...

Hi, when a message comes up like that, it means your battery is not original and does not work with any charger. You need to replace the battery with an original battery before it will charge.

Take care.

Can't take my phone off charger

Hello,

It means the charging port is bad.

I suggest you remove your battery from your phone and test with a similar phone to see if it will hold charges. If it does, it means your new battery is ok. All you need to do is to change the charging port of your phone.

Wish you best of luck.

Bought my phone yesterday...Battery was losing charge quickly.. battery was down to half charge after about 15 minutes of fully charging.. Was trying to let the phone die completley then fully charge it,...

Ok first of all you should never let a phone die out of charge at all.IF it dies out of charge there are chances it might charge again once you charge it but in some cases it wont, you need to boost your battery just like jump start your car.It cannot be done anywhere except some service centre. If you are not taking to your service center , then you need to buy a new battery.
