I tried a new bulb and it did not correct the situation. The bulb does work when the headlights are turned on. The left turn signal indicator goes solid green in the instrument panel as well as the rear turn light, but the front left is a no-go. Is there a relay or module in the system somewhere for the individual lights? I played with the hazard & turn signal fuses and they appeared to be okay.
Thanks
I recommend replacing the pig tail that holds the burnt signal bulb. These tails are available at most auto parts stores for about $10. Coat the contacts for the bulb in dielectric grease to prevent reccurance. I have done this several times, cheap, quick and easy. This is a very common problem on F-bodies, just take note as you see them driving at you on the highway with one DRL on and one off. Good luck.
