I recommend replacing a timing belt at 90.000 miles your dealer is most likely to tell you the same thing. you really do not want it to break while driving it.depending on the motor you have,if it has O clearance on the valves. i'm not sure what size your motor is. most honda cars have O clearance on the cam shaft. that means in laymans terms, if the belt breaks while the vehicles moving,the valves will be crushed. that's a whole lot of money. if you bought your car new your handbook should tell you at what mileage what certain services your due for. i know there are 90.000 mile services and also 100.000 mile service. suggest you check with your local honda dealer just to be sure. thank you for choosing fixya.com we're here to assist you anyway we can!

ok not broke don't fix it! how about $875.00 versus $225.00 ? sorry,but i just had to comment on advice if your timing belt was just to happen break,consider the towing price?what $75.00 to dealer,then lost time at work?2days rental car? borrow a freinds car,it breaks down,sorry,thats my luck. just please do the service. if it's not broken,make sure you do the service thats needed,and it will not break!
