If you can get to the fat wire that poers the solenoid next to the starter motor, connect the positive clip from your charger to it and the negative clip to the frame.
That will charge your battery without the hard work.
Only charge at 10% of the AHour rating of your battery to avoid damaging the plates.
My Sporty has a 19AHour battery so it is charged at 2Amps maximum. Takes a while but the battery lasts.
Don't connect the negative to your Screemin' Eagles or you will mark the chrome!

My 2009 mini cooper shows a yellow car on what looks like a hoist and when I check the problem on the computer it says battery drain. Also my clock stops running. It has been very cold here minus 25...

It probably just needs charging. Cold weather can take a toll on older batteries, especially when they are left sitting for long periods of time. Starting the engine every day is ok, but the short run time isn't replacing the energy it took to start it.

I put a new battery in my 98 heritage springer a month ago. two weeks later while on a ride I stopped. the bike turned over a few times didn't start then went dead. I recharged the battery and it was fine...

If your going to work on or troubleshoot your Harley yourself? then the best tool will be a factory H-D service manual. The manual will demonstrate the step-by-step diagnostic procedures for troubleshooting any and all of the "systems" that your vehicle has. It will also tell you the tools that you will need to have. "New" batteries can go bad, but its not likely. You have either a defective voltage regulator (most likely) or issues with the stator/rotor (alternator) By following the "book" you will determine which part(s) are not working so you will replace/repair the right item and not "throw" parts & $ away unnecessarily.

Hello, my craftsman 13.5hp ohv rider will not start. The left front tire deflated here 1 week ago, so I left the mower in the back yard for 2 nights, which happened to be very cold with frost. After fixing...

Remove battery and bring inside. Let it set for a few hours to warm up, it may be partially frozen. If you have a battery charger, after it has warmed up fully, charge it at a slow rate (1A) overnight. Put it back in the mower and try again. If still nothing, the battery may be ruined.

Fail to start

I think I would change the petrol in the tank as it may have become a bit stale. Also I would replace the battery.Make certain the replacement battery in fully charged before you try again.

When not turned on for a few weeks, looses its memory

Yep, keep the rechargeable battery recharged every two weeks, even when not in use these old NiCad batteries lose their charge.

AC sometimes does not blow cold

recharging wouldtn hurt, a mechanic can tell you the level and if needed, but check also your serpentine belt, it might just be loose and worn and not engaging the condenser properly.

Cold morn - not starting. Car was moved a few feet night before.

OK, so starting the engine uses a lot of battery power, and the engine needs to be left running a while to recharge the battery.
When it is cold batterys don't hold as much charge (not quite the correct technical term, but I don't want to go into battery mechanics and chemistry here). You either need to pop it on a trickle charger or let it run for at least 15 minutes.
