Question about 2005 Yamaha FZS 1000 Fazer

Hi i have just bought a fz1 2008. on riding the bike 1st time today it handled like poo! felt real weid, on getting off the bike i noticed the back tyre was starting to square off, the front felt really strange do you think this is to do with the back tyre.

The tyres have to be soft and if the centre is worn, that will do it. Nice Pirelli tyres are matched for that bike, soft and sticky.
