Pulsar 180cc gives an average of about 48kms /ltr on city roads, while 58 to 60kms on highways. While the 200 cc bike gives an average of 40 kms per litre on city roads. So, you can measure it up for yourself, that when it comes to average, pulser won't live up to the expectations.
