If you have a 1999-2011 Mercury Marquis, Mercury Marauder, or Crown Victoria, and your headlights and or tail lights don\'t work, Ford just finally extended the warranty on your LCM (Lighting Control Module) for free - both parts and labor and will install a new one for free! Ford has extended the warranty to 15yrs/250,000. Must be done at Ford and the fix is free. Have your VIN # ready and call your local Ford Dealer and tell them you need to make an appointment because your lights don\'t work and Ford has extended your warranty on the LCM. Tell them it is the Customer Satisfaction Program 14N01. If they act stupid ask to talk to the manager or tell them to call Ford Motor Company and ask them or you can call Ford yourself. We just had ours done on 8-12-14 in at a Ford dealer Scottsdale, AZ. It must be done by a Ford Dealer. If you have a 99 you better call right away as it is a 15 year warranty.

Low and high beam headlights don't work. Parking lights, break lights, turn signals all work. Two weeks I had to buy a new battery and but before I bought the battery both low and high beam lights worked...

More than likely there is a bad ground. The same ground wire that is used for the headlights is spliced into and used for the parking lights, brake lights and directional lights. The circuits for the brake lights, the brake light switch, the directions and directional switch are related. The circuits for the parking lights, headlights, headlight switch and high/low beam switch are related as well, but the only thing all these circuits have in common is their ground source. Any questions feel free to write back. Good Luck.

Turn signal does not work with headlights on, fast blinking.

Check to make sure all bulbs are lighted and none are burned out, Check all light side, parking, brake, turn signal, headlight, bright and dim, interior lights, fog lights. 4-way flashers

2003 ford crown victoria with working brake lights but no parking or rear lights

Duplicate the issue ? You mean the lights are working now ?
The turn signals and brake light circuit is one and the same. The parking lights are on a different circuit. The parking lights get power from the headlight switch and don't travel thru the turn signal switch.
So have you checked the park fuse for power ?
The location of the fuse should be in your owners manual.

Headlights not working

You may need a shop manual to get the wiring diagrams and testing procedures. First thing to check is the fuses for each side to see if they have power from the dimmer switch. There is a lamp control module in the circuit too.

Tail lights, parking lights and dashboard lights on 2004 grand marquis are inoperative. Headlights, turn-signal lights, brake lights, hazard lights, back-up lights all work

Tail lights, parking lights and dash lights are all on the same circuit...I'd go to the fuse panel under the dash and check the fuse for those lights....usually referred to as accessory lighting in the owners manual and is usually a 10A fuse.

Hope this helps...

2000 Ford Vic PI 4.6L no hazard lights, no headlights, no turn signals, no interior lights/dashlights. Does have bypass lights and brake lights. Checked fuses and they are fine...any ideas?

i work on plenty of police and non police crown vics(mostly 2003 and newer) but i am not 100% sure if this car has a LIGHTING CONTROL MOBULE. the newer ones do. this module controls the headlights, interior lights, turn signals.etc. it is a black box located above the brake pedal but off towards the pass. side.not far from the OBD connector.i wanna say it has 2 or 3 electrical plugs. it would also help if you get a WIRING DIAGRAM. i dont know how much they cost but maybe try swapping in a used or alot of times ive been able to open up the plastic "case" and look to see if anything on the circuit board looks burnt. let me know if this helps!
