Hi,using a small pick, push between shaft and seal and carefully pull out the old seal, (tip) you could tilt the bike over on the opposit side this will save you having to remove the engine oil,,when the seal is removed check condition of gear shaft check for any foreing objects that may damage your new seal, clean up shaft and then replace your seal, pushing it firmly and square into the case with your thumbs, do not use any sharp instrument, hope this helps,, paul

Hi, What is the part number or size of the driveshaft to differential oil seal? Can the oil seal be changed if the driveshaft is removed?

Don't remove any seal until a drip becomes a flow.
quite often you will find when you replace seal any way that the drip still persists.

How to clear error code L4-06 for Sharp Mx-3501N

If you power the machine off and on and it comes back, try replacing the whole transfer belt unit. If it still comes back, sorry dude you're out of luck. Your copier can't swing the hinged portion of the transfer belt on and off your color drums because a badly designed gearshaft for your transfer lift motor has worn out and probably ate up a bearing or bushing as well. This is a known problem and Sharp has published a service bulletin addressing this. It may be motor rebuild time for you, with the new edition gearshaft.

Oil leaking from the back of primary case

There are several things behind the inner primary case that could be leaking. There is a seal behind the inner primary where the transmission mainshaft goes into the primary. This seal sometimes starts to leak. Also, there are seals in the transmission in that area. The final drive gear seal is the big seal right behind the front final drive belt pulley. Somethimes this pulley wears on the splines of the final drive gear and it loses tension on the "quad seal" on the final drive gearshaft.

You'll nee some special tools to get to this area. You'll need sockets to fit the compensator sprocket nut and the clucth nut. You'll need an airwrench, a primary locking bar, and a torque wrench that will pull 150-165 ft. lbs. torque in forward direction, 68-80 ft. lbs. LEFT-HANDED on the clutch nut, a primary locking bar, a final drive sprocket locking device, a mainshaft nut removal tool, and some seal pullers and installers. Good Luck.

I dont know how to check the transmission fluid level on my ktm 125sx

most transmission fluids on motorcycles are topped up until it is full if it has a side filling hole (stars to run out of side) with motorcycle level (like on ceneterstand). a top filling hole will have a dipstick. basically you want the gearshafts half submerged in oil.

Saeco Vianna DeLuxe - Can't get the gearshaft to align

Hi Your brew drive has passed the micro switches that change the direction of the drive when activated. They also might be damaged. Your solution requires you to remove the top. If you think you are capable of attempting this contact me and I have directions.

3. Install the ignition coil. 4. Install the rocker arm and rocker arm shaft. Refer to "Rocker Arms and Rocker Arm Shafts" section. 83e48db.jpg 5. Using special tools, Camshaft Oil Seal Installer (09221-21000), press fit the camshaft oil seal. Be sure to apply engine oil to the external surface of the oil seal. Gearshaft seal leak

unfortunately its the engine out as the seal is kept in place by the crankcases and these are lipped to take the seal and you would damage the new ones trying to fit with the engine together.

1999 cross country v70 awd crankshaft seal replacement

Your info is confusing. The rear cam seal is not inside the timing belt cover, and the crank seal is at the bottom of the engine, while the cam seal is at the top.

Is there oil at the top, around the cam seal? Or just at the bottom? It's common for the oil pump seal to leak. If you get the oil pump reseal kit, it contains the oil pump seal and gasket, as well as the crankshaft seal. Make sure you seal the oil pump bolts, Volvo has special copper washers for this purpose.

Just try to locate the oil leak before replacing any more parts. Sometimes it can be something simple like the oil cap seal or the oil trap housing.
