The while loop is the more general one because its loop condition is more flexible and can be more complicated than that of a for loop. The condition of a for loop is always the same and implicit in the construction. A for loop stops if there are no more elements in the collection to treat. For simple traversals or iterations over index ranges it is a good advice to use the for statement because it handles the iteration variable for you, so it is more secure than while where you have to handle the end of the iteration and the change of the iteration variable by yourself.
The while loop can take every boolean expression as condition and permits therefore more complex end conditions. It is also the better choice if the iteration variable does not change evently by the same step or if there are more than one iteration variable. Even if you can handle more than one iteration variable in a for statement, the collections from which to choose the values must have the same number of elements.

Pedals operate at a different level then rack units that go in the effects loop.

How to replace Closed Loop Fuel Control?

You don't mention make, model or year. There is no separate Closed Loop Fuel Control that I'm aware of in any model. The term 'closed loop' means that the ECM/PCM/ECU is controlling fuel delivery and spark based in part on information received from sensors in the exhaust system (to keep emissions at a minimum). 'Open loop' means the same ECM/PCM/ECU is controlling fuel delivery and spark based on preprogrammed values depending on inputs from other sensors - engine temperature (cold), throttle position (wide open), etc. There is only one fuel control, it just works in two different modes.

What muscles does the fit-loop exercise band work on?

Fit-loop exercise band is a type of exercise band that's used to work the lower body muscles: legs, hips, and glutes. If you're looking to target upper body muscles and core muscles as well, fit-loop exercise band is not for you and you should get a different type of exercise band (figure-8, fit tube).

What's the difference between the H type and the 8 type collar?

The 8 type is made of two loops that go around the cat's neck and torso respectively, attached at the back of the neck. The H type harness connects the two loops with an additional piece, to which the leash connects.

I have red bars of different widths running horizontally across the screen.

Hi You have a ground loop problem. Rolling shaded bars are the classic sign of a ground loop. Your TV & AV gear are likely not on the same
ground level as the input cable line. The cable line is likely floating
to a different ground. But this is not hard to fix.

I keep getting loops of thread on the under side of the fabric. i have tried different stitches, different needle sizes, different thread, different tension settings, different stitch lengths, everything i...

Hi. Loops on the underside of the fabric are generally caused by the upper tension being too loose. Use a size 12 needle, and size 50 thread with different colors in the upper thread and in the bobbin. Sew an inch or so, look at the stitch and adjust, tightening the tension just a bit at a time.

There's more detail in the tip I wrote about adjusting tension.

Hope this helps!

Countryman mic getting a noise like a white noise generator sounds but it comes and goes. What can I do about it?

Serious crackle or noise is a different problem, but a lesser, rustling crackle is very common with these mics. If you aren't looping the cable close to the mic, you will run into issues.

What you have to do, is put a small, 1/2' loop in the cable, making sure that the looped part of the cable is touching the initial part of the cable. Affix them so they stay that way throughout your performance/production. The closer you get the loop to the mic, the better.

As a test, take the mic, hook it up to equipment and listen on headphones. Start handling the mic, mainly by rubbing the cable, or rub the cable with various fabrics, listening for the rustle. Then put the loop in it and do the same thing. It is amazing how much more quiet it becomes. Try it with the loop half way down the cable and handle the cable above and below the loop. you can hear the rustling above the loop, but not below.

This model HAS to have that loop for quiet audio.

Getting buzzing sound from speaker but can here sound from them.

You could have an earth loop which causes a hum/buzzing sound.
Is your computer and powered speakers plugged into different mains?
Connecting amplifiers and speakers to different power sockets will create earth loop problems
This can be fixed by using a single power board connected to a single mains power socket, then connecting all the computer components and powered speakers into this one power board.
