Loose Connection? I have the original Bose MediaMate Speakers. My speakers have been on my desk since I have purchased them (I have had no reason other than to dust to move them). My left speaker cuts in and out... I can move the plug in the back of the right speaker (with the hookups on back) and it will come back in and out.... It appears that the connector in the right speaker is loose or 'bent'? I dont know... I would like to take the speaker apart to check connection but it seems that they are put together fairly tight and secure? How can I check this connection and resolve?
same problem here. The speaker cable attached to the accessory speaker is little bent/loose inside and I was wondering how to replace that speaker cable, but could not open the speaker to check the connection or to check how to replace the attached speaker cable.same problem here. No it is not fixed, I think it has to do with the wires and plug that goes into the tower, when I move the plug in the tower around I get good sound, can't fiddle around all day with wires, and holding the plug in a specific location, I think they are junk... and I don't think the speakers justify spending money on trouble shooting!
