I have a bugaboo cameleon, now out of warranty. When I go up or down a curb the handle bar height estends. The white plastic clips used to hold the handle bar in place don't basically. Is there anyway to stop this happening or fix it?

The handle extension lever is held in by the pin it pivots on, cut the tip of a smaller size nail and use it to tap out the pin. There should be a rubber block and a matching steel shim under the lever. The lever pushes on the shim and the shim on to the rubber block jamming it against the handle. The steel shim is the usual problem. it slips out. Open the other side and use that shim to get a copy cut. A piece cut out of a tin can could work.

Bugaboo cameleon handle bar

HIYA.... YOUR BEST BET IS... TAKE THE HANDLE BAR BACK OFF AGAIN. TAKE THE SPRING OUT OF THE SIDE THAT WORKS FINE AND TAKE IT TO YOUR LOCAL DIY STORE AND GET A REPLACEMENT, IF YOU CANT FIND IT ASK SOMEONE IM SURE SOMEONE WILL BE ABLE TO SEND YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION... PROVIDING ITS JUST THE SPRING, IF YOU BUY ANOTHER TO REPLACE THE BROKEN/LOST 1

THIS SHOULD SOLVE THE PROBLEM :)

You should purchase your accessories direct from www.Bugaboo.com

How do you fit the bugaboo parasol to the carry cot on a bugaboo cameleon?

I always clip mine onto the carry handle bar that goes across the carrycot, that seems to work quite well, as it is directly above the baby. Although i hardly use it at all, as the carrycot has a hood and apron that give almost complete coverage to baby.

Chassis won't lock into position

Don't worry, this is normal. once you lock the seat into place, the front bar stays put, even if you hop a curb.
