20021 Buick Century Sedan - Tire Size

If you have the standard factory 15 inch (diameter) x 6.0 inch (wide) wheels then the tires fitted were size: 205/70R15 (205 is the tyre width in mm and the 15 denotes the tyre bead diameter in inches for fitting to 15 inch wheels. The R denotes the speed rating of the tire).

The tires currently fitted to the car have the size moulded into the sidewall of the tire.

However I do not know if aftermarket wheels have been put on the car and if so a different size tire from the standard factory fitment may have been fitted to the wheels.

I hope this helps.

2001 Buick Century Custom harmonic balancer bolt size?

This is the bolt, but the answer is the size of the socket that fits it. If you don't have a full set of sockets and wrenches, doing job is impossible. If it is oversize, and I don't think it is, you can get larger specialized tool from Autozone for free and just a small returnable deposit.

I want a wider tire,what would be best ?? On a 03/buick century

The stock wheels are 15 x 6 inches so you are quite limited on tire choices unless you go to a larger wheel such as a 17 x 8 inch.

With the 15 x 6 inch wheels the best option is 225 - 60 -15 but this will give you a slightly lower rolling diameter than the original stock tires at 205 70 15. The 225 is a good width for that car though and 225 60 15 is an approved size on a 6 inch wheel.

HOW DO I LOCATE AND REPLACE A PNP NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH ON A 2001 BUICK CENTURY

On top of the transmission, has a triangle shape. Backup light switch is incorporated into it. Has to be adjusted to Neutral position with transmission in Neutral to get it right. Be careful to chock the tires so the car cannot roll and use the hand brake for added safety.

Tire reset button

The tire reset button is for your tire pressure monitoring system. If you have the tires replaced or if you have a low tire the T.P.M.S. light may come on and the button resets the light after repairs are made.
