If this is a US model it wont have 1 or it will be preset & blocked with a plug
Otherwise it will be on the side of the carb bowl or under the carb outlet (front)

Mikuni bs32ss doing a carb sync. Where to attach vacuum hose and which screw to adjust. Even the "manual" doesn't identify which screw or where to attach hose. Pictures would be nice. Thanks

Each carb has a small vacuum port on the side above the float bowl, you adjust the idle stop screw to set the tune and sync the carbs. Leave the air fuel mixture screws alone.

it wont hrut to have a tune up on the carbs but to set them back in sync you need a tool for it and you would need to reset the fule mix after that as well,

How do I adjust a Mikuni roundslide carb. Thanks

Turn the air screw and the throttle screw inward until they LIGHTLY seat. Now turn each of them outward one and one half turns. This is the factory setting. You might want to clean the carbs. After cleaning, before you put the slide back into the carb, move the clip on the jet needle downward one notch. This will richen the fuel mix and help with the bog.

I have a used 2005 Spotster 1200cc Custom, with Mikuni Carb. The plunger in carb is stock HD plunger (not the one came with car kit, so said tech guy), which cause choke left open. I am trying to find and...

The stock harley choke plunger will not work on a Mikuni carb! It causes the carb to run rich all the time! You can go to a GOOD Indy in your area and order the Mikuni plunger. It is listed in the DRAG book
