Have you tried the Suzuki web-site. Most manufactures have owner's manuals in a PDF for their models. Also try Ebay.

5 to 7 psi depending on the terrain. oem stickers on fender says 5psi but were I ride it is very rocky and 7psi seems to work better to keep from smashing my rims as much.

Your idle is electronic you can't adjust this. Or at least you shouldn't. You have a sensor for speed and idle. In most cases depending on where you are the idle should drop to 700 rpm in most 2.4 if this helps you. When the car is cold it can range between 700 and 1000 rpm.
