I need repair / service manual for 1985 suzuki intruder been left in a garage for ten years and is most likly seized would like to fix this bike over the winter in my house

TOK THE SPARK PLUGS OUT AND PUT IT IN GEAR THE BACK TIRE JUST GRABS AND LOCK UP WHEN I TRY TO PUSH IT , SO I WOULD THINK THAT THE ENGINE IS SEIZED UP NO? Well sounds like it is but i have a honda 250ex when i push it in gear it stops and doesent spin which ive never seen before but it starts right up with the electric start.
