Dragstar 125 ignition coil hot

If it has boiled a brand new battery, the regulator is not doing its job.

Put a volt meter across the battery, should be around 13-14v engine running. any higher fit a new regulator
Dont run it for long or you will end up with a coil problem as well

Where to find ECU in the Nissan Serena and how it looks like?

It checks if there is negative pulses at the injectors then checks if the computer is sending 5v positive pulses to the base of power transistor or if any of these are not checked then check the light check and also checks the grounding of the transistor and ECU
can excite the base of the transistor with a 5V source with pulses manually then check if there is spark in the
ignition coil
If with this test there is spark then there are problems with ECU

Honda Varadero 125. Not starting.

Hi !
First check if the current is coming from ignition coil....
If YES ... then the spark plug is burnt(shorted) Get new plugs.
If NO... then there could be a problem with the ignition coil itself Or the coil in the dynamo is burnt.... Regards

RC = ReCharge, either the battery is bad, or drain, but both can be caused by a continuous short circuit on the bike's coil and the body / battery.

Can't find where it is being drained from when the ignition is on. only reading about 7 volts when on and 12 when off

sounds like a defective battery not a drain, have the battery tested by a auto parts store lioke Kragen or Autozone.

Ignition module

The Ignition module of your Century.
The ignition coils are tie on the ignition module.
But LET ME tell you, something about your problem with the battery,
The Ignition Module is the LESS posible to Drain the Battry,
Because only use 3 connector, and the Ign. module is powered
with the ignition switch, is mean when you Turn the key to OFF.
All the power of the Ign. module Cut off.
If the ignition has no power when the car is OFF, impossible
Drain the battery,

I recomend check that all the lights went off after you close all the doors. Check the glove box light, Trunk light.
Some times the Factory Radio on chevys give up this problem, If the car is equipaded with a Aftermarket alarm.
You should check the circuit.

I'm a mechanic,
I hope this help on your problem.
Thank you for use fixya...
