There is a sight glass on the side (should be the right side). Checking Tranny oil level on your DYNA See the info DIRECTLY FROM THE 2007 FXDB DYNA OWNERS MANUAL. ALL are the same as long as you have 96 inch twin cam 1584 CC.

Sorry for some reason youtube hates me .. I will walk you thru it from the manual. The transmission filler plug/dipstick location : DYNA Models is located under the battery box and just above the exhaust top pipe on the right side of the scooter. The dipstick/filler plug should be a shiny chrome allen headed looking bolt. When the dipstick/filler plug has been removed there is an F above a triangle toward the top if fluid is a the F it is full and the towards the bottom of the stick there is a another triangle and an A this means you need to add fluid if fluid level is at the A triangle marker. Oh, Tranny fluid specs are 32 OZS. I recommend using ONLY Genuine Harley Davidson Fluids.
If you need to drain or change the fluid please let me know I will walk you through step by step. Also if you need to know about the primary or engine lube specs please let me know as I have the manual sitting right here in front of me to assist you in any way I can.
I REALLY REALLY Hope this assisted you and will be more than happy to assist further step by step if you need it.

DYNA Electrical Protection: Looking at the diagram. For 2007 DYNA fuse diagram (all the Dyna diagrams for fuses are pretty close to the same)
Ok your fuse panel starting from the top should be a #3 long rectangular fuse which is your (maxi fuse 40 AMP). On the Left is fuse #1 Square on diagram (start relay) Next to that on onthe right is large square fuse #2 System relay. Then the diagram starts with four rows of uses to the left of the #2 fuse in rows of 3. 1 st row .The first at the top of the row is #4 (ECM Module 15 Amp) next #5 fuse (fuel pump fuse 15 Amp) #6 fuse BLANK (HDI: Engine Control Fuse) Row #2 Fuse #7 Spare (15 Amp), below is #8 Spare (15 Amp) then #9 Customer accessory fuse (15 AMP), Row #3- Fuse 10 at the top P
If the entire fuse thing didn't get posted let me know where it cut off on you and I will start where it cut off..

oh i am sorry i got caught stero typeing. lol srry. ok so got the oil all done turned switch to ignition, hit button to run ( its fuel injected) and the starter clicked. ok so i figured the battery is dead ( cuz it just got shiped from virginia to hawaii cuz i am in united stated marines) so i hooked it up to jumper cables and now all it does is clicks once. so i figured i blew a fuse becuse i took off chrome fuse cover and there are two fuses that are right next to eachother on left side of fuse face. and they are the two that are clicking. what do you think
